1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to the ViaFronteira platform (“Platform”), operated by ViaFronteira LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. By accessing or using our services, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Platform: Website, apps, and any other digital services operated by ViaFronteira.
- User: Any individual who browses, purchases, or uses the services of the Platform.
- Merchant: Businesses that list their products for sale on the Platform.
- ViaPay: Internal payment system of ViaFronteira.
- ViaTransfer: Optional logistics service to facilitate product pickup.
- In-Store Pickup: Users are required to collect purchased products directly from the address provided by the Merchant.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Platform, the User must be at least 18 years old or of legal age according to their country’s laws.
4. SERVICES OFFERED
ViaFronteira connects consumers with Merchants in the tri-border area (Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina). Key services include:
- Access to products listed by partner Merchants.
- Secure payments via ViaPay.
- Option to collect products in-store or designated pickup points.
5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- Payments: Processed via ViaPay, accepting credit cards, debit, and other methods.
- Refunds: Applicable only for uncollected purchases, with transaction fees deducted. After collection, refunds must be arranged directly with the Merchant.
6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. For subsidiary matters, Brazilian law may apply, with jurisdiction in Foz do Iguaçu, PR, Brazil.
